BOOKING CONDITIONS Deposit payment - To secure your booking, a first deposit payment of 1/3 of the booking value must be received more than 8 weeks prior to departure.                       Full payment - The full balance of the total cost of the holiday must be received at least 8 weeks prior to the rental start date. Security deposit - In addition, a security deposit of £1000 is required 8 weeks prior to the rental start date as an indemnity against damage, breakages, excessive cleaning charges or other applicable charges.  This will be returned to you at the end of your stay less any valid deductions.  Other - Number of guests permitted: The house accommodates 8 guests comfortably. Up to two additional guests can be accommodated by special request at a charge of £95 per person per week.  Children: No children under age 7.  Due to the steep terrain and lack of shallow end in the pool, the house, grounds and pool are not suitable for very young children or toddlers. Pets: No pets accepted.
AVAILABILITY & HOW TO BOOK Availability  Sorry, but generally, the house is no longer available during 2010. However, please do enquire as there is some possibility of availability for a few weeks of the year.         A booking form will be posted or emailed to you if the weeks requested are available. Once we receive your booking form and initial deposit, your reservation is secure.  Upon final balance payment, a booklet will be sent giving detailed instructions as to how to find Mas Bordes and collect the keys. Changeover day is normally Saturdays, but during low season this is flexible. Guests are asked to arrive between 4pm and 6pm. Check-out should be between 8am and 10 am on departure  day.
