Sitting room	The large sitting room is furnished to a high standard and enjoys beautiful views of the secluded mountain scenery. Mediterranean trees and shrubs cloak the surrounding mountains in greenery all year round. An open flagstone fireplace and satellite TV, DVD, stereo system and CD player make this room a cosy place to spend time in the winter. Off this room is the library or office, where a computer and an extensive collection of books and games is available to guests.
The house is on three floors built into the slope of a hill. There are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each of the two bedrooms on the main floor have one double bed. On the top floor, each of two bedrooms has one double bed and a single bed. All bedrooms are furnished with antique wardrobes.	Back garden with steps leading up to pool
Outdoor dining off the kitchen	On the lower ground floor, there is a wine cellar, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a toilet room and a large, country style kitchen/dining room. This room is furnished with antique Provencal painted furniture. It is equipped with American refrigerator/freezer with automatic icemaker, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and a Smeg gas cooker. A large, solid chestnut dining room table seats up to 10 people comfortably.

The pool is fitted with an approved security alarm, measures 4 X 9 metres, has large paved surrounds for sunbathing and relaxing, and can be floodlit at night. It is well-equipped with pool loungers, mattresses, tables, chairs and parasols. The pool house contains a shower room, wc, and storage room with a small refrigerator.	Kitchen/dining room
